1. Read this instruction page. Print out the PDF form to mail in or Register Online .

2. Select the camp you wish to attend (see camp listings page) and complete all sections of the registration form. Please complete a separate form for each squad. This form may be duplicated as necessary. For Private Camps go to #6.

3. Camp fee for each overnight camp is listed on camp listings page . Resident fees include instruction, dormitory housing, and all meals. Commuter fees include instruction only. Meals for commuters may be purchased through WSA prior to camp. Call 1-800-532-4337 for details.

4. A registration deposit fee of $30.00 per person must be either sent in with mailed registration form or charged to a VISA or MASTERCARD when our representative contacts you. This deposit fee will reserve your place at the camp and will apply toward the total tuition. If you decide to cancel, this registration deposit fee is NOT refundable and cannot be applied to the final balance of another registrant. Full payment for each participant may be included with the registration form if desired.

5. Registration forms and deposit fees must be sent on or before May 15, 2004. Late registration will be accepted after May 15th where space is available. Balance of camp fees must be paid three weeks prior to your camp.

6. WSA recommends Advisors or an adult 21 years of age or older to attend overnight camps with all squads.

7. Private Camps: If you want to schedule a WSA Private Camp, you must call the WSA office at 800-53-CHEER (24337) to reserve your Private Camp dates. Mail completed registration form, reserved camp dates, and deposits to WSA.

8. Upon receipt of your registration and deposits, WSA will send a confirmation of your deposits, an invoice including your remaining balance, and a registration packet to the contact person.

Payments:
Send one school check or money order (no cash please) payable to WSA or charge your fees to Visa or Mastercard. Complete method of payment section on mailed Registration Form. All faxed registrations must be paid by Visa or Mastercard.
